岗位职责:
1．Provide technical support, training and service to customers and distributors, quickly and effectively solve technical problems for customers and build good relationship with customers为客户和代理商提供技术支持、培训和技术服务，高效解决客户技术问题，并建立良好积极的客户关系
2．Service technical support. Work closely with sales team to give service and technical support维修技术支持，和销售团队一起工作提供技术支持
3．Assist supervisor in creating or updating technical information and technical documentation regularly 协助主管定期创建或更新相关技术信息和技术文档
4．Assist supervisor in service management. Manage and evaluate service capacity of distributors协助主管维修管理，管理和评估代理商的实际维修能力
5．Assist team in pre-delivery inspection协助设备发货前的检验
6．Warranty return parts testing and reporting保修期零件的返回检测与报告
7．Other job arranged by management 完成上级交办的其他任务
任职资格:
1．College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical or automobile engineering大专及以上学历，机械、电气、汽车相关专业
2．3+ years working experience in service of mechanical industry具备3年以上机械设备的维修经验或售后服务经验
3．Proficient knowledge about electrical system, hydraulic system and engine, strong troubleshooting skills扎实的电气、液压、发动机技术知识和熟练的故障诊断能力
4．Strong hands-on ability and good communication skills具备良好的动手能力和良好的沟通技能
5．Strong sense of responsibility and good awareness of service, good team spirit and excellent study ability强烈的责任感和服务意识，良好的团队合作精神和学习能力
6．Good English in reading and writing, good computer skills具备一定的英语读写能力及良好的办公软件技能
