岗位职责：

1.Carriers complete ‘cradle-to-grave’ responsibility for assigned materials including sourcing, purchasing, quality and material control. 对所负责的材料承担“从头至尾”的责任，包括采购，购买，质量和材料控制。

2.Develops reliable suppliers to continuously improve quality, cost and delivery performance. 开发可靠的供应商，以持续提高质量，成本和发货绩效。

3.Having energy and drive for projects from start to finish which are related with cost reductions or sourcing of new components. 积极参与并从项目初期起推动成本消减或者新材料采购。

4.Uses SAP and common Microsoft PC software (Excel, Word, etc.) to maintain supplier/commodity information. 使用SAP和常见Microsoft电脑软件 (Excel, Word等)维护供应商和产品信息。

5.Works with global commodity management teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific commodities. Participates in Product Development and global cost of sales (COS) reduction efforts. 与全球产品管理团队合作，开发并实施针对定制产品的采购策略。参与产品开发和全球销售成本控制工作。

6.Communicates effectively with Chinese suppliers and Tennant colleagues around the world. 与中国供应商和全球各地的坦能公司员工实现有效沟通。

7.Demonstrates an awareness of core business processes, including manufacturing processes, financial analysis, organizational structures, quality systems and engineering/CAD. 展现核心业务流程意识，包括制造流程、财务分析、组织架构、质量系统和工程/CAD。

8. Maintains high professional and ethical standards. 维持高水准的专业和道德标准。

9.Works with Regional Supply Leader and corporate colleagues to build departmental capabilities through process development and training. 与Regional Supply Leader和公司同事共同合作，通过流程发展和培训构建部门能力。

10.Execute other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上司分配的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in commerce, engineering or related discipline; 本科学历，商业，工程或相关专业

2. Minimum of 4 years working experiences in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Development in a multi-national  manufacturing environment; 至少4年跨国制造行业公司采购，购买或供应商发展相关工作经验。 

3 . All kinds of commodity, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, rubber, machining etc. and SAP experience; 具备各类产品，包括但不限于机械，电子，橡胶，机加工等等和SAP经验

4. Very good English skills;出色的英语能力。

5. Self-motivated and team player; 自我激励，具有团队合作精神

6. Able to manage multiple assignments concurrently; 能够同时管理多个任务
