岗位职责:

1.Production line setup and maintenance with standard of safety, quality, output, efficiency and cost. 根据安全，质量，出库，效率和成本标准，建立并维护生产线。

2.Provide operator training and guidance. 给予操作员培训和指导。

3.Design and maintain work instruction for production process. 设计及维护生产流程的操作手册。

4.Production line safety/quality/efficiency continuous improvement. 持续改善生产线。

5.Participate in production related project planning, scheduling and tracking. 参与项目规划，事件安排和追踪。

6.Show good engineering judgements and decision making and contributes to setting project direction and priorities. 做出良好的工程判断和决策，并帮助确定项目发展方向和发展重点。

7.To ensure machine meets TENNANT quality standard before delivered to customers. 确保机器在交付给客户前，已达到坦能公司的质量标准。

8.Responsible for assembly quality continuous improvement, Analyze machine quality data (from customer and internal line) to identify root cause and implement corrective action with cross team. 负责机器的装配质量， 根据客户和内部生产线信息，分析机器质量数据，识别根本问题并采取纠正行动。

9.Responsible for visual factory design and maintenance on assembly line. 负责产线的Visual Factory 设计和维护。

10.Work with supplier quality engineering and sourcing to resolve component quality issues. 与供应商质量工程师和采购人员合作，解决零配件质量问题。

11.Responsible for the technical accuracy and engineering analysis of design work and the work assigned. 负责设计工作的技术准确性和工程分析及其他所分配的工作。

任职资格:

1.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical. Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering; 本科学历，机械，电子工程或其他相关工程专业

2.More than 3 years working experience in manufacturing engineering, quality control or relevant field; 3年以上制造工程，质量控制或相关领域工作经验

3.Have a certain level of oral and written skills. 具备一定的口语水平和书面能力

4.Good planning and follow-up; 能够进行良好的规划和后续跟踪

5.Knowledge of problem solving, like 8D/A3/DMAIC; 熟悉问题处理知识，例如8D/A3/DMAIC

6.SAP experience is preferred. 有SAP工作经验者优先
