工作职责：根据销售合同和协议在SAP中建立销售订单。Create sales order in SAP according to sales contract or agreement.根据现金收入情况在SAP中安排订单发货单，并对应的建立帐单。Release delivery in SAP in terms of cash received, create billing doc accordingly. 跟踪和报告销售订单，定期报告交货执行情况。Tracking and report SO status. Periodically report delivery performance. 与销售部门紧密合作加强销售预测。Work closely with sales people to consolidate sales forecast. 与物流以及物料部门相关人员紧密合作，监控实际库存情况和货物运输状态。warehouse keeper and logistic person to monitor the real stock movement and goods in transit status. 向客户快递增值税发票。Post VAT invoice to customer. 协调和处理客户需求和投诉，提高服务质量。Cooperates with other terms to handle customer inquiries and complaints. Continue improve the services quality. 处理客服主管分配的其他工作。Other activities assigned by customer service supervisor.

任职要求：

Colleague or above; 专科及以上学历Experienced with EPR system application especially on MM, SO module. SAP experience will be a plus; 有ERP系统经验，特别是MM，SO模块。有SAP系统经验为佳。Over 3 years working experience in Foreign Manufacture Enterprise. The logistics concept is a must. 3年以上外企工作经验，有物流基础者为佳。Good command in English, both in verbal and written; 良好的英语能力，包括书面和口语。Skillful in computer application; 能熟练使用计算机。
